We use your submitted details to prepare and manage your missionary website. Recordings, portraits, transcripts, and book drafts are stored privately during preparation. Your family approves a preview before publication.

Public and private

The farewell is intended for public sharing. Journal access requires family approval. Personal Gmail letters are shown only to their recipient and are not automatically stored in the book collection. Connecting Gmail is a separate permission.

Processing and communication

The corrected farewell transcript may be processed with AI to suggest formatting and polish, followed by editorial review. We send order emails or text updates only according to the preferences you select. Payment details are handled by Stripe when checkout is enabled.

Your control

Ask the service operator to correct or remove your materials. Book letters require permission from their owners. The original Google Photos album retains its own sharing settings.
